In 2009, I completed my 530-hour training program with Green Mountain Institute for Integrative Therapy and International Bodywork. I was trained in Integrative Bodywork, a combination of Swedish massage, acupressure, trigger point therapy, and other massage modalities as well as the many-faceted quality of "being present." The flow that results from this massage creates deep relaxation and possibilities for deep healing.
As Vermont currently has no regulation for licensing massage therapists, I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
